We are looking for learners to update our DEIB 5-year plan, operationalizing the outcomes of our most recent DEIB company survey (October 2024), aligning with company values and current DEIB goals. This project focuses on addressing the unique challenges and opportunities presented by a remote work environment and a multi-generational workforce. Learners will analyze existing DEIB data, identify key trends, and propose actionable strategies that Riipen should apply in the next 5 years to enhance inclusivity and belonging across Riipen.
The project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of DEIB, organizational behaviour, data analysis, content creation, effective corporate communications, and strategic planning to develop a comprehensive roadmap and updated 5 year plan that supports Riipen's DEIB objectives.
The project deliverables include a detailed 1-3-5 year plan that outlines strategic initiatives and actionable steps. This document should include an analysis of current DEIB data, identification of key focus areas, and proposed strategies for fostering inclusivity in a remote, multi-generational workforce.
